Strategic Partnership Agreement Between Tor Holding and the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia

Tor Holding has taken a significant step that will deepen the economic relations between Turkey and Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia at the Turkey-Saudi Arabia Investment and Business Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey in cooperation with the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK).

This agreement aims to strengthen the economic ties between the two countries and encourage mutual investments. Mustafa Torun, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tor Holding, stated that the agreement would lay a solid foundation for new ventures and projects for both countries.

'This co-operation will strengthen the relations between Turkey and Saudi Arabia and enable projects and initiatives that will benefit both countries,' Torun said, underscoring the plans for the future. Torun also expressed great excitement and satisfaction about participating in projects under Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision.

Within the scope of the Forum, a total of 6 memoranda of understanding and 21 business agreements were signed with the participation of Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Treasury and Finance; Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and Tourism; Khalid A. Al Falih, Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia; Ahmed Al Khateeb, Minister of Tourism of Saudi Arabia; Burak Dağlıoğlu, President of the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey; Nail Olpak, President of DEİK; and many names from both countries. These agreements are expected to significantly increase the trade volume and economic cooperation between the two countries.
